The location was perfect, close to casinos and the beach.

The units are newly remodelled, neat with Kiosk machine, a king size bed, as example.

The bed was large and quite comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. I struggled with the temperature control; the room never cooled below 76 degrees, which was frustrating. The overall size of the room was impressive, with plenty of space to move around. Some areas felt a bit dated, and cleanliness was inconsistent. I noticed dirty washcloths that could have been replaced. Noise levels were manageable, but housekeeping entering my room without permission was unsettling.

Generally, the place was attractive and had lively and best staff at the Bell services. Newly renovated and neat room with 2 double beds was enjoyable. Got a free breakfast included. The location of the property was particularly good and perfect, on the Boardwalk at the Tropicana. And it was also close to the concert hall, Hard Rock Cafe for meals and shop.

Lines for check-in were way too long, took about an hour. The beach access was close and convenient. Room could’ve been cleaner; the mini fridge was on the floor and sticky. The nightclub scene was fun and lively, though!

Place was beautiful and absolutely amazing, greatly enjoyed the stay.

Impressive venue, extensive options for food and drinks. The casino is vast, a pleasure to explore. Late-night clubs offer both free and paid experiences. the ambiance was far from family-friendly. Encountered unruly crowds with a strong marijuana odor upon arrival. Check-in was a nightmare—over two hours of waiting to secure our rooms. Air conditioning malfunctioned, and assistance was impossible to find. The suite was subpar—cheap furnishings that felt more like an office than accommodation. Shower design needs serious consideration; every use led to wet floors. The buffet looks promising, but food court choices were lacking. This place faces significant challenges in catering to families and providing adequate service.

We had a restful time staying at this hotel. It was clean, the staff was informative, plus the service was excellent. Awesome food for breakfast at the restaurant. Soft bed, brand-new room. Proximity to the airport, just 16 miles.

I loved how this place puts you right on the boardwalk and beach, giving you easy access to leisurely walks with stunning ocean views, while being close to exciting attractions like the Noyes Arts Garage and Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall, plus there are tons of great restaurants just a short stroll away like P.F.
